Thanks for finding us! This artwork was created as an official floor map for an art event taking place in TOKYO from 9 - 28 January 2025. This is Ver. 1. It will soon undergo a major upgrade and undergo a major transformation!

Exhibition Overview “ART GOLDEN GAI” This exhibition transforms an entire residential building into an immersive art experience. The first and second floors are NFT galleries featuring digital art, while the upper floors and hallways become spaces for artistic expression. Over 50 rooms will each display unique decorations, including paintings, digital signage, and mixed-media installations, creating one-of-a-kind art spaces. Additionally, some spaces will be used as artist residencies, providing studios for artists to create their work. The name “Art Golden Gai” is inspired by Shinjuku Golden Gai, a cultural hub known internationally as a gathering place for artists, writers, and filmmakers. This event aims to broadcast cutting-edge art, music, and technology from Tokyo to the world by utilizing the entire building as a large-scale canvas for artistic expression

Exhibition Highlights 

⚫︎ Common Area Production The common areas of the building are designed by Amanda Hagy, a scenic artist who has worked on Hollywood blockbusters like “JOKER” and “WEST SIDE STORY.” From the entrance to the hallways, each floor will have unique themes inspired by cyberpunk, dekotora, and cinematic worlds. 

⚫︎ NOX Gallery EBISU Powered by Brillia (1F–2F) IMMERSIVE ART & SOUND Experience audio-visual art shows and events designed to draw you into their world. FUTURE ART AT HOME & OFFICE Explore NOX GALLERY’s vision for incorporating digital art into everyday spaces. Discover dynamic art that evolves over time, offering glimpses of a new artistic era. 

⚫︎ART × SHORT FILM Gallery In collaboration with ShortShorts, this section presents short films from around the world. Multiple monitors will be set up to allow visitors to enjoy short films as part of the gallery experience. Events will include collaborations with visual artists and creator networking spaces.

⚫︎Art Apartments (3F–10F) Each of the 50 rooms will be uniquely decorated by different artists using a variety of techniques, such as paintings, digital signage, and sculptural installations. Both renowned international artists and up-and-coming talents will participate, offering diverse artistic expressions. Each floor will have a distinct theme and ambiance, adding to the excitement of exploring the building.

「ART GOLDEN GAI」 

本イベントは、本物件の1階・2階がデジタルギャラリー、 3階以上の住居区画や廊下部分がアーティストによる表現の場となる、 マンション一棟全体を活用したアートイベントです。 部屋ごとに異なるアーティストがペイントやデジタルサイネージなど さまざまな技法を用いた装飾を行い、50以上の部屋それぞれが異なる魅力の詰まった アート空間となります。また、一部の区画についてはアーティストレジデンスとして アーティストが専用で使える制作スタジオとして提供することを予定しています。 イベント名の「アートゴールデン街」は海外において芸術家、作家、映画監督など クリエイティブな個人が集まる文化の中心地として知られる 「新宿ゴールデン街」から名付けられています。 本イベントは、マンション全体を活用した大規模な芸術活動の発信を行うことで、 最先端のアート、音楽、テクノロジーを東京から世界へ発信することを目的としています。
